All Things New

The new computer is in and it is fabulous and faster. I lost some of my settings on my design software so I'm having to "recreate the wheel" on some things. That's a bummer, but there's a lot to learn in the journey! I can't wait to show you the new collection and show off some new techniques!

CRASH!

I can't believe it, but my computer crashed!!! I'm stuck doing sketches and notes until my new one is delivered tomorrow or the next day. It's crazy how dependent we become isn't it?! Fortunately, MOST of my design stuff was backed up so recovery will be swift! (I think)
I can't wait to get started designing again I have some fabulous kits to come!!!

Templates!

So here are a couple of templates I have done using artwork from other designers. I like to study others' work and see how to make mine better. I had some trouble uploading some other templates so these will have to do for now! If you like the artwork please check out the designers sites! Templates that do not include artwork are yours to keep if you want. Otherwise, I am not authorized to share them with you. Enjoy!

This is my template, but not my artwork. The Twilight artwork is from the collection: Fanpire Revamped by Tangie Baxter Designs. The Pastel Artwork is from the collection Falling For You which I got from digitalfreebies.com!

The Template is mine, but the artwork is not. These images belong to a collection called Sarah's Song and can be found at Trixie Scraps. I like this template because you can turn in just about any way and make it work!

My latest set was inspired by my daughter. As I waited for her in her dance class one day I grabbed my sketch pad and began this set. I call it: You're A Star!.

This is my latest piece of work inspired by all of the felt work in today's projects. I call it HeartFelt Wishes. It's not pieced together yet, so I'll just post some pieces seperately to tease you!!!

Getting Started

I am motivated to finally create my own blog! I did this YEARS ago with my Stampin' Up! business and, of course, have completely forgotten my html code and have thrown away my cheat sheets! So, here's to starting over and re-learning something. Expect this site to get more awesome every day as it all comes back!!!
